This week I'm just trying to stay on top of the mountains of laundry (scrubbing out stains) and entertainment that comes with kids being off from school. No extra cooking this week, no way no how. Just enjoying the family time.

Smart woman Smile bh my kids are out this week!

There are so many sides that freeze well.

Sweet lukshen kugel
Apple strudel
Potato knishes/Deli roll raw
mushroom sauce
lomein with veggies
cabbage/noodles
pasta with crumbs
shlishkes
turnovers raw
orzo with pastrami
apple pie
apple custard muffins
Any veg kugel just underbake & heat longer before serving, so it finishes baking, and not watery.
Cherry/blueberry muffins
