I waited a month for an appointment to be told my child needs surgery but when I called to schedule I was told this doctor isn't scheduling. So why I had to waste all this time to be told what I know already (that they need surgery) if he can't do it, I don't know. but this needs to be done YESTERDAY. My child is really suffering. Does anyone know of an ENT in the Brooklyn area who is great but has decent scheduling abilities, please recommend.

Your pediatrician should be able to help out here by getting them to fit your child in.

I loved Dr. Eli Grunstein at Columbia in Manhattan. The number is 1-212-305-8933.
Sorry I don't know how fast they are with scheduling. Because when DC needed surgery it was not urgent and I specifically asked to push it off to an easier time.
