I don’t know who would be able to give but I’d be happy to make a dish and drop it off if needed. You can PM me.

maybe collect from catered events the Wednesday and Thursday before. Discuss it beforehand to make sure the balei simcha are okay with donating the leftovers. We donated our leftover food after our sons bar mitzva. There's always leftovers.

Call stores that have take out section and explain your problem. They might be able to help.

Wedding halls definitely would give leftovers. I know that the owners of ateres golda/paradise do. Of course that’s only if they have any. Also renaissance.
I don’t enjoy cooking or baking, but I can donate 50$ if that helps.

takeouts, groceries and bakeries always have so much extra before Shabbos. I know my relative who works in a supermarket comes home with many extra challos and fruit treys and asks everyone to please take. I'm sure if you call around they will be happy to provide whats left.

For this weekend . I called up a number of wedding halls . Some didn’t have and some said to call them Thursday to see if they’ll have leftovers . I called up a bunch of groceries too none were able to give .

There are people going around to take outs to collect the leftover food to distribute to people.
Luzi's takeout in bp gives leftovers.
Mr Sucher Reich collects from places to distribute
