I used to have a bosch food processor. The blade was somewhere in between mushed and grind. Delicious texture.
After that I had the Brown, while is lasted a nice long time, it never compared to the Bosch food processor.
Any other ones with a good texture kugel blade?

I have an inexpensive Hamilton Beach that comes with two discs. One says shred, the other says fine shred. When I make kugel I shred half the potatoes with one and half with the other. It comes out really well, b"H.

I use the braun and use half and half. Half kugel blade and half shred.
