I don't know why but anything with a slimy/gummy texture like oatmeal, rice pudding, minute steak (the melted connective tissues ... ewww) makes me want to vorf.

Also the SMELL (not necessarily the taste) of fish cooking, especially fried. Microwaved popcorn too (guess I'm weird Tongue Out )

What about you??

Fish.

A non kosher cheese that smells like vomit (the non Jews at work don't smell it, but every frum person that walks in thinks somebody vomited. It's quite interesting, actually).

Gala.

Raw meat/chicken that has blood on it.

Celery! (and quinoa. Sorry for those people I let down.. A foodie should like it. I do not. At all. In any shape or form.)

Jello and yogurt. I don’t mind the taste but that texture! If I add in granola I’m good.

Buckwheat!! That’s my enemy. There are many foods I don’t go for , but buckwheat...!

Nothing. Are you easily disgusted in general? So interesting that people gag from food.

Kasha. (is that buckwheat?) the smell....

I can't be in the kitchen (or house) if someone's cooking it.

I once stayed somewhere for shabbos. They did ask about food preferences but I didn't mention my aversion to kasha figuring I could just avoid a dish or two.

It was in EVERYTHING except the Gefilte fish (maybe it was in it too?) . The soup (kneidlach), the chicken (stuffed) , the salads, the side dishes, the cholent (instead of barley) (so I had a hard time walking into the kitchen to wash).

Shabbos morning we woke up and realized the crock pot had turned off some time in the night and they couldn't serve it. The partially defrosted Empire barbq chicken that they served instead was delicious!
