I love the falafel dip they sell in gourmet glatt. Would anyone have a recipe?
I have falafel mix at home. I was thinking to just mix it with mayo?

try using this as your base, and add falafel mix -- to taste, little by little -- or it may end up as paste. you can prob just add cumin and ground coriander to taste to get the falafel 'taam' and maybe a bit of hot spice. also, maybe za'atar. the falafel mix may, as I said before, make it into a paste because of the ground chickpeas.
½ cup real mayonnaise (or more as needed)
¼ cup tahini
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 clove garlic minced
½ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons warm water
blend together
