Check out @timelessmemoriespics on Instagram. She's non-Jewish woman, but serves the Jewish community. Super nice & accommodating and great price.
Approx $100 for an hour and she also has great packages for cheaper.

I don't know who did it, but this past year they had a guy doing it for Bais Faiga's 5th grade mother/daughter brunch. It was really nice, and he did a great job! I have the picture of DD and me hanging on my fridge, and it's a pretty good picture!
