Yes, it is Yiddish speaking. Probably start English the same grade level as Bais Dovid and probably a similar curriculum, as is the case with pretry much all chedarim in Monsey with minor differences.

It's a typical chassidish cheder, albiet neutral chassidish. Not really like Bais Dovid.

Bais Dovid is not open minded at all. If you're looking for open minded, try Imrei Shufer or Beer Yashaya (was ateres tzvi.)

A lot of Bais Dovid typefamilies that are neutral Chassidish started sending there bec it is new and not set in their ways and wanting to be good cheder. I think the Emunas Yisroel crowd sends there.

I’m sending to Imrei Shufer. They are amazing and openminded and very warm, up to date with educational methods, even put an emphasis on social skills, emotions and self confidence...
Amazing. Highly recommend it. You can check out their Facebook or instagram page if you wanna get an idea.

What I hear is that u cant compare the 2. Imrei Shafer and beer yashaya , beer yashaya is really really modern orthodox.( Which I'm not looking for my son this far) I'm looking for open minded but seriousness too... and that's sounds like imrei shafer... very much what I'm looking for... I thought imrei bina is also similar , I will look into imrei shafer... I know it's late I'm working on it. Thanks for your information. Very helpful!

Not saying it’s for you, but not sure how you got to that conclusion. It’s far from modern orthodox. Maybe modern chassidish, mixed with other types. But not “really really modern orthodox”.

Ok could be. I'm not so familiar, I wouldnt know in what way modern ... I can just voice what I heared and What I heared was that the kids are a lot exposed to TV and movies... I'm not looking for my kids to be this much exposed (for everyone exposed can mean different things) not that I'm looking to badmouth beer yashaya, its probably great place for the right ppl. Well, I am looking for a higher education more then a regular chassidish place... was wondering if imrei bina or imrei shafer has a better english education. If u know let me know thanks!

Beer Yeshaya is not modern orthodox, oh my. Maybe modern chassidish mixed with neutral chassidish.
BTW, I know afew Imrei Shafer families that watch movies, your son might just as well be exposed there too.

My kids were in imrei shufer for two years and then switched to Be’er Yeshaya.
From what I sense, you need imrei shufer. But - the kids there watch movies as well. Not all, of course, but it’s a given that he’ll hear about movies from his classmates (doesn’t mean bad movies. Just in general).
Imrei shufer is Yiddish speaking and Be’er Yeshaya is English speaking (limudei kodesh is teitched in Yiddish and explained in English but kids between themselves are English speaking). In imrei shufer, some kids are English speaking but the school encourages Yiddish speaking.
