Hi we don’t have where to make a succah and are looking for a program or hotel or any other ideas where we can spend yom tov for a reasonable amount.
I know hotels are usually expensive, any other ideas where we can travel to and enjoy yom tov ? We live in Montreal but are ready to travel up to 8 hours by car.

Mayberry can buy a travel sukkah.

Then you can go pretty much anywhere, as long as you can acquire or bring kosher food.

A pop up sukkah would probably be too small, we have 3 kids Bh, and are planning to go with another family as well. We were thinking Florida but it would be a min of 7000$ probably and we were thinking of doing something for 2000$ is that even possible?

$2,000 for a family of 5 for sukkos is complete unrealistic for a program. Maybe if you rent a house somewhere and takw along food, you might find something for $2,000.
I don't think Lakehouse is cheaper then the Raleigh.

Why don't you rent a vacation house near Montreal? Look on airbnb or similar sites. As long as there is a garden. Buy one of those canvas sukkahs. (maybe check with owner if they are ok with sukkah)

Since it is out of season it shouldn't be too expensive and you could probably do it for under $2000.

Thanks for the suggestion but I would need a minyan. That’s why I was thinking of the Catskills

Try St. Agathe-de-Monts. They have minyanim on Yom Tov.

Catskills will likely be cold already in October.

Green hills bungalow colony rents out for yom yov, but I don't have their number.
Tabaks bungalow colony rents out as well.
But you might need winter coats in NY on succos.
