When you live from paycheck to paycheck how do you make sure you dont end up in debt?
Theres stuff I need and I have trouble controlling my spending when that happens. Then my bank account goes to 0

I’m in the same boat right now.
What we did is cut up and cancel all our credit cards & made a strict budget down to the dollar.
We’re also trying to use only cash for food / clothes / household items etc. (if I buy online -deposit the cash), basically everything besides bills.
It’s very very challenging and I don’t know how we’ll deal with big or unexpected expenses.

Budget. Budget. Budget. Use cash for discretionary expenses. Push off buying everything you can until you have the cash in hand. Put aside money (even if its only $5) to get an emergency fund started.
