How do I make those cute online picture invitations to send via text/whatsapp?
Is there a website or app I can use on my phone? (Specifically phone).

Canva.com is great.
You can do Hebrew font on it too.

For a small fee, you can use evite or a similar service. Then you can easily track responses, and you don't have to deal with creating your own graphics, layout, etc.
They don't all support Hebrew, though, so you need to check them out. You can always insert the Hebrew text as an image, though.
