I'm really not tech savvy and need to set up Zelle, work-related.

Are there any accounts that I need to have in order for Zelle to work?

How do go about this? More specific is very appreciated!

Do you have a regular banking app. On my bank if America app it had a zelle tab. And nothing more is needed

What bank do you have? I have citi bank so when I get money from zelle there is nothing to set up its just a feature of the bank.

I see that Zelle works with some banks. I bank with Investors, I do not see that they work with Zelle.

Any other way for me to use Zelle if my bank does not have a tab for it?

Yes. You download the zelle app. And it should be very simple. I just sent money to someone who didn't have zelle. They are not at all technologically inclined and set it up in minutes

I recently had to send money to one of my sons whose bank doesn't have Zelle. We both downloaded the Popmoney app, and I was able to send it that way. I was charged 95 cents, though. But he wasn't charged anything to receive it.

Just be aware that if you are doing it for business there might be some restrictions if you are doing it from a non-Zelle bank. I know that chase no longer allows businesses to Zelle money to Zelle accounts that are set up with a debit card. Ie if my business needed to pay you, we would not be able to use Zelle.
