At 12 months you should still be able to get 2 naps a day.

Through 4 kids it really varies from kid to kid, my eldest took 2 naps a day at that age--which was down from 3 as an infant. My 2nd only took one long nap a day (even in infanthood). My 3rd sometimes took 2, but then didn't go to sleep until very late. My 4th he would take this annoying shortish 2nd nap in the evening (did it since infanthood), and until 18-19 months would go to sleep around 10:30-11pm, but in the last month or so if he would take that nap would be up until 12-1am, so we've been trying to cut it out. He just started a playgroup as he's almost 2, and he naps one time when he comes home from 1-3 pmand he's been going to sleep earlier--like 10pm, which is an improvement, I'll take it.

My 14 month old takes two naps a day. Each for about 1.5 hrs. She takes her first nap around 10 am and another around 2 pm

Can you try to move down her nap to 11 and put her back for a catnap at 3:30 around? And then wake her up after 30 mins
An hour and 45 min is very little nap-time for a 1 yr old

Mine sleeps way too little in general. Both by day and night. I wish I knew how to fix it...

Like most things, it depends on the kid. My first child took two naps at that age. My second two dropped their afternoon naps around that time and stayed with just a morning nap until they were 2 and a few months.
