For me, I think are ribs. The best is when putting a spice rub and cooking sealed on low for a few hours and then broiling with sauce on top for a few minutes. YUM!!!

Skirt steak. Marinate for at least 8 hours and grill.

Yoma I am with you there. No doubt ribs (on the bone, not spare,) are my absolute fav. Either low and slow in oven or on the grill. There are pictures of me as a toddler eating ribs and you can see the Pure joy lol. I dont love that it can be a mess to eat, but its still my top choice. I remember how guys would ask my favorite food on dates, and the answer they were expecting was "salad" so id always joke salad, on the side of ribs. To the vegetarians- im sorry.
