Has anyone ever tried doing doughless potato knish using cauliflower
Will it work
Can they be frozen

What's making you use cauliflower in a carby dough with a filling that is also made with more flour?
Why not individual crustless cauliflower bakes? That can be made with just a touch of binder.

Op, wouldn't you try plain cauliflower kugel that you could bake in small pans and serve as individual servings?
