I'm sorry, I know this is unsolicited, and I have not seen the recipe.
But....
How much nutrition are you really adding? Just make normal cookies and eat in moderation.

What's your point? Is it not beneficial to add a bit of nutrition? Is it only good if you're adding a lot of nutrition or none at all?
I actually think this would be great for a kid who doesn't eat enough protein.

If you Google the recipe, numerous versions of the gluten free cookies using chick peas or chick pea flour comes up. Sounds like a great idea.

I can post it tomorrow iyH. I have it but not accessible tonight. I made them and my husband told me they were the creamiest cookies he ever had!!
