Does anyone have one yet?

I did a rough draft, prepared some dishes, but it's not final yet. It depends what I get to make.

That sounds great and like a lot of food! Monday lunch is a bit pasta heavy ( I love pasta and would happily eat it but just FYI)

Dip in flour, eggs, corn flake crumbs. Fry. Saute and onion, add cut io deli pastrami. Cook approximately 10 mins add 1/2 c. Duck sauce. Bring to boil. Pour mixture over chicken and heat and serve.

Salmon your menu is great. I would suggest to switch your angel hair pasta salad to different meal, because you have pasta & deli already in same meal. Otherwise everything seems yummy, delicious & plentiful.

Spare ribs. - either ribs or flanken
In a ziploc -
3/4 c. Ketchup
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon mustard
1/4 c brown sugar.
Add ribs to bag. Marinate 3 hours. 300 for 3 hours or so for softest results.

Nish nosh salad
Lettuce
Purple cabbage
B&B sour cream and onion crackers
Cherry tomatoes
Dressing:
1/2 c oil
1/2 c water
1/2 c sugar
6 T mayo
1 T soy sauce
2 t dry mustard

The egg rolls I froze raw.
Trying to find the zucchini stick recipe...
