I found frozen blueberries on sale for a really low price, so I bought 6 bags! Now cant figure out what to do with them, I dont usually use frozen blueberries... I feel like that story of the man who bought two elephants on sale.... Smile LOL

So, please tell me what I can use them for... and if you can provide recipes too, all the better! TIA

Make a blueberry plum pie. Use same dough as you would for apple crumble . Layer plums with the peel, throw on some frozen blueberrys. Pour over around 2 T lemon juice and some sugar mixed with cinnamon. Bake for 45 min-1 hour. let it settle a little.

How about this? Looks intriguing. Substitute olive oil for butter, haw frozen blueberries to substitute for fresh.
