I bought a package of frozen artichoke bottoms on sale a while ago and never figured out what to do with them! What is an easy way to use them?

I thaw and slice and sautee with onions and add a little white wine. I've also pureed them (after oven roasting) into a yummy dip.

Cook them with chicken. Yummy!
