I need to work today, so I won’t have much time. What’s an easy recipe for flounder fillet? I’d fry, but the spices I usually add to matzo meal— garlic, paprika— are not sweet.. Any ideas? Thanks!

I think I'll make up a recipe. I think I'm going to saute and then have a sauce of pineapple juice, maple syrup, lemon juice, and ginger. First I'll sprinkle with salt and nutmeg, saute in olive oil, remove fillets, put other ingredients in pan and heat, maybe reduce a bit, and then return flounder fillets to pan to get coated with sauce. I'll try to keep track of quantities, and report after.

My fast go to recipe for any fish is: tomato sauce mixed with variation of spices, usually cumin, tumeric, salt, pepper, garlic powder, basil spice, drop off ceyenne but RH so maybe just do paprika or skip it. Then I add chick peas. Bake uncovered 25-30 min
