I know that we don't eat/drink sour things from RH until YK. But would lemonade be a problem, or as long as we enjoy the taste, that's good enough?

I'm sure minhagim vary. Many people use lemon juice in salad dressing and in cooking for Rosh Hashana instead of vinegar. How would this be different?

I've learned that it's not sour that's a problem, it's bitter. So lemon juice is okay, but not horseradish, etc.
Also, some things are specified in the gemara: cabbage, vinegar, etc
