Sorry for posting here instead of in recipes but I’ve been asking lots of people IRL and I needed to be anonymous.
I was shopping last week and saw bags of pink lemons and key limes and (my dd and) I decided we HAD to get them for Yom Tov. Now we have them but I need ideas of what to do with them 🤫🤔.
I thought about making lemon/lime chicken but my DH hates chicken with fruit. I know we could just make pink lemonade, but that seems wimpy (although we will do it if nothing else happens).
Any great ideas? Probably sides or desserts are best (my mains are done and as I mentioned DH wouldn’t be happy).
It is Erev Yom Tov so preferably nothing too time consuming (but my cooking is basically done so I do have some time).
Thanks all!

Maybe too late in the day for lemon bars or lemon curd... but the prettiest thing is to slice a few into water or lemonade. Cooking it will change the color

Honey lemonade is the same idea, but more themed.

I would use em for decorating the plates. Like do a simple salmon (olive oil, salt, pepper) over a bed of lettuce, and then slice the lemons and lay them on top of the salmon when ready to serve.
