I'm pretty sure on the back of the authorization form there's a list of around 10 do's and don'ts. One of them says you can't be related.

But there is no rule that says you cannot service your own child - as a mother without billing. .if you feel you are the best qualified to help your child then do it !

I don't know about p3 regulations but it sounds like a conflict of interest to me. I don't see how a parent can bill for working with their own child.
