Willing to travel wherever I need to go to get a proper diagnosis. He's almost 2, global delays, I was just told he needs leg braces, the current info we have doesn't explain why he has all of the issues he has. Who is good with diagnosing children's illnesses/disorders?

Does the pediatrician suspect a genetic disorder? If not, a developmental pediatrician would be a good start.

My guess is there's more testing we need to do and we need the right doctor to examine him and figure out what.

Have you tried taking your child to a geneticist maybe at children's hospital in boston ? בהצלחה

Seattle Children's Hospital is amazing, but it takes 9 months to a year to get an appointment with the genetics department.
Try Boston Children's, too.
