Any instructions? What sort of noodles should I use? Do I put them in raw or cook them separately?

I always strain my chicken soup into containers and keep the vegetables separate. Serve the strained soup with noodles cooked separately.

Egg noodles, not pasta. I like the Chuster fine noodles or Gefen.
