I've been really loving Kidichic's dresses - well priced, stylish, and washes well.
You can also try Fashion Wholesalers and Clover. And Serendipity carries some new unworn clothing.

Seredipity has used and some new clothing. They charge peanuts for both. It doesn't get cheaper than that.

Clover and fashion wholesaler basically have the same things. Fashion wholesaler moved next door, to a beautiful space and has a new name, sage.
Very well priced!
Kidichic is slightly more than those, but still very well priced.
