Anyone know of a good cook book that either has many gluten free recipes or is exclusively gluten free?
I would like to buy a present for someone.

My neighbor, Rochel Weiss, published a beautiful gluten free cookbook with stunning pictures called A Taste of Wellness. She sells it on her Wellbee's website. It is a very large book with recipes in every category.

Eat happy by Anna Vocino. Not kosher but great recipes, many adaptable easily.
