Does anyone have a sense of going rate or range for a 5 piece chasuna band in New York/ New Jersey area?

Starts by $2,000 for a one man band and around $300 and up for each additional instrument. It depends which production you take.

Estimate $5K minimum for a 5 pc band and then $500 for each additional piece (higher "name" bands like Freilach and A Team are more like $9-10K). Singers are $2K-$5K depending on fame level. [Just looked into this in the past few weeks for a relative's wedding]

On Long Island we saw anywhere from 4.5k-10k for a 6 piece band.
