Whenever I take a shower and then need to cover my hair with a snood, my hair, snood and pony all start smelling yucky. I don’t have time to blow dry first. Is there a solution?

This is what I have found helps
A. Cutting hair (much) shorter
B. Wearing an Israeli tichel - thin and breathable

I cant cover my hair when its wet because then my scalp itches like crazy. I have learned to become very disciplined and only shower when I know my hair will be able to air dry in my room or I have time to do a quick blow dry. This is something you should probably consider.

Aquis hair towel for at least half hour
I only wear Israeli tichels that are thin
Wash with vinegar when they start to smell

Don’t put your hair in a pony when it’s wet, that’s what causes everything to smell. I put my hair in the snood, but I don’t put it in a pony. Also, towel dry as best you can before stuffing it under the snood.
