These BBQ springrolls are a favorite in my family. Nice appetizer for a Y"T meal, and I've done them for a Sheva Brachos, a Purim Seuda, etc...

I make them all the time with the following tips/changes:
*I use eggroll wrappers instead of springroll wrappers. I find them easier to handle and results are delicious.
*I make them in advance and freeze them, and I fry them frozen, slightly thawed (so I can get them apart easily). They don't fall apart that way. I freeze them layered in a rectangular container, with plastic wrap between the layers so they don't stick together.
* I serve them with our favorite dipping sauce - apricot jam mixed with a drop each of mustard and teriyaki sauce (recipe is from KBD recipe for marinated chicken wontons. )

Meat knishes with mushroom sauce are always a hit!
Sauté onions, brown the meat lightly, season with salt and pepper and add a cooked mashed potato. Use puff pastry squares and form into triangles or cubes. Brush with egg and sesame seeds, bake. Serve with mushroom sauce. They freeze very well.
