I worked in a school and when it was set up correctly and the Rebbi/teacher was consistent in following through, it worked very well. Usually had to be set up by a behaviorist or social worker to really work.

It works as a temporary solution. The problem is when you remove the system, the behaviors resurface.

I tried it but you really have to keep to it and you need to give rewards fast. 1 week is too long
