Olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Very fresh and you can taste the vegetables.

I do this and use lemon pepper instead of regular black pepper.

Any. For apple cider vinegar use 1 part vinegar to 2 parts oil. Great with some honey and a squirt of Dijon. Grate in shallots if you're not using garlic or use onion powder.

Thanks.

Relatives' and friends' dressings made with White Vinegar are so much more delicious than anything Ive tried with Cider Vinegar (much healthier). Unfortunately, nothing Ive tried hides the Cider Vinegar strong taste.

Use Trader Joe's Pale Ale Mustard with a bit of honey and balsamic vinegar, delicious!

You have to like the flavor of cider vinegar.
Try this and if you don't like it then I guess apple cider vinegar is not for you. Smile

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 garlic clove, minced (or shallot or onion)
salt and pepper, to taste
