Dd age 13 has been an emotional train wreck for the past couple of months. She’s speaking in nasty tone of voice to dh and I, overreacting to sibling quibbles, and most concerning stays holed up in her room most of the time reading, hardly socializing.
Where’s has my bubbly, popular, fun, happy little girl gone? I’m so worried about her.
Can anyone recommend a good therapist to help me connect to her? Help her work through her emotions and whatever is bothering her?

There are many good teen therapists in Lakewood. I would suggest you call relief and describe the situation, they may be able to refer you to someone that can help.
My daughter was helped very much by Noemie Amoyelle (totally different issues though.)
therapist has to be a good "shidduch" for your child so what works for one person may not work for other....

Try LCSC or Chemed. Good Luck!

Check for PANDA s whenever there is sudden change but it may be normal turning into teenager behavior. How is she in school?
