Calories in doesn't equal calories out. I wish more people would know this. I work with people in your situation and I understand the frustration. You need to eat enough nutrients from the right sources to survive and thrive. Find a holistic health practitioner who would be able to guide you in this.

This. You need to work holistically.
OYou've tried everything. You have nothing to lose by looking into a different holistic approach that will take all of you into consideration. I hope you can find someone.
Sounds like you are starving yourself from energizing foods. Missing out on nutrients and minerals. You also have heard so much of fear of fats and carbs as well as your very real food sensitivities.
A holistic practitioner should be able to help you with both a temporary plan to get on track and then a long term plan for maintenance.
Good luck!
I say this irl so anon

Omg so deceiving... If you would read under it you would see she made it for her company for sukkos... *sigh*
Sounds like your just trying to find excuses instead of looking for a solution.
I can give you 20 people who had the same feelings as you and all did amazing on her program. Maybe just reach out to her instead of looking at her Instagram and actually reading it. And no.. You can't eat puff pastry and chocolate Confused

Sorry, don't know anyone there, but would recommend that you google
Integrative Nutritionist
Functional Medicine Nutritionist
Holistic Nutrition Coach
Or some combo of these words and see what comes up.

He really going into the history and all the medical science.
I am trying to search for a shorter lecture for now . But really, so many people lost and kept weight thanks to this new science.

You will understand what is going on in your body and how to solve this problem.
Its not the calories, its insulin resistance, you have to fix it first.

Agreed.

I went to nutritionist
The trick is to eat 6 small meals every 2-3 hours. Instead of 3 larger. Each meal must have a protein! up to 2 healthy grains a day-brown rice, rice cakes, ww bread, bran flakes, and 2 fruits a day. The rest shud be proteins and veg, 2 fat a day, some proteins-beans, Chumi’s, peanut butter, string cheese, 10 almonds, milk, 2 eggs,
Sample
8:00 cereal w bran flakes
10:30 yogurt and apple
1:30 tuna with salad lit mayo
4:00 cappuccino w 2 low-fat biscotti
6:00 chicken with salad
8:00 veg soup w few almonds
Split your full meals into 2 smaller ones so you actually burn your calories after you eat and never eat too much at a time
Only eat as much as you’ll burn
Try it, it worked for my family.
We split dinner into 2 small meal
First we are chicken and salad around 5:00
Then 7:30 we ate soup w another piece of chicken or an egg, or a baked apple with some almonds

She knows a lot about different health/metabolic issues, and individualizes a plan for YOU. Another poster put her phone number, you should really reach out to her. She does phone consultations- I'm sure it's worth a try. Good luck!
