preteen, weve tried everything aside from medication. any recommendations? shes literally up past midnight. I am super skeptical of melatonin .

Magnesium taurate and a methylated b complex given in the morning, lunchtime, and early evening. Helped my 7 yr old who would be up til 11-12 at night.
