The chicken was spread with mayo and lots of fresh crushed garlic and then breaded with cornflake crumbs. Baked. I want to make a sacue to pour over it before serving. I can't figure out what flavors will go well with the chicken.

One of our favorite recipes, from Family First, is breaded cutlets with duck sauce and a stir fry of onions, garlic, and pastrami, then baked together.
