Okay- let me explain a bit. I live in NJ and work for a PA based company- I just found out some information about PA based companies and their policies- so I would love to talk to someone who knows the ropes of how PA companies work (I.e. disability, unemployment etc.)

My husband works for a firm that is based in Philadelphia, but afaik the policies are specific to the firm beyond what is required by federal law. Are you sure state to state is different?
