I was doing really good until RH
Lost about 20lbs
Gained 5 lbs over Tishre
Feeling yuck
Need to get back on track
Somehow mid day I give up
On things that were not really worth it
Just eating because it’s there
I know I’m addicted to food

Sometimes it helps to relax, focus on maintaining for a while, and learn some fun new exercises.

I made mostly decent decisions over Tishrei but still gained a few pounds. More carbs, heavier meals. It happens.
The key is, after yom tov, go back to your regular eating plan. I can't promise that it'll all come off within a week or two, but at least you'll be eating better and feeling less like a slug.

Same here.. totally addicted to food and gained over yomtov
I’m back on track now because I plan in advance what I will eat for breakfast, lunch, supper and snack
I’m counting weight watchers points for all the food I eat so as long as I stay within my points I stop gaining and slowly loose
I lost 2.5 lbs so far since I got back in track

2.5 lbs -wow- in about 10 days
It’s so easy to put it on and so hard to get it off
