Babies named after Holtzbergs HYD from Mumbai

I remember someone mentioned in one of the threads here that she named her daughter after Rivky Holtzberg HYD.
The family wants to make a gift to their son Moshe for his bar mitzvah, to include stories of children from around the world who were named after his parents.

It seems that the request is coming from the family so I assume they would not be sad/triggered by it.

I think it's a common misconception that mentioning a family member who was niftar will cause sadness. The Holtzberg family remembers that they lost precious relatives, and they are sad about that always. When people tell them that they named after them or did anything in their zchus, that doesn't remind them to be sad- it is a comfort to them to know that the whole world is remembering their niftarim together with them.
