If you got the flu vaccine did you feel run down a day after? I BH feel ok, but just a little tired and maybe slightly nauseous - does this make sense? My kids feel fine and are just complaining about a sore arm.

Yes, my doctor says it's usual and tells me to take some tylenol when I get home to prevent it from happening
Tbh I do ALL recommended shots and vaccines except this one.

My arm throbbed worse than in other years and I felt lousy for a couple of days. I took a 6 year old grandson for his but his chief complaint was how little I wanted to spend on the bribe. He didn't feel the injection and only said his arm hurt if he was asked about it.
