I live in NYC. Hate the cold sad weather atmosphere. I don’t like tooo hot humid weather as well. I like to have shul walking distance and libraries as well. Love to eat healthy and have variet to choose from. Would love near by yeshivas. Area with medical freedom like NYC used to be. In case you wonder I do vaccines but selectively and on delayed schedules since my kids react badly.
I was thinking of Israel, Arizona, or Pennsylvania or NJ. If you live there or any other place on planet and have great info to pursue me to move there , please post.

I lived in Passaic and grew up in NYC. It's also cold. Not sure how NJ is better weather wise then New york. Don't know if it's any better in NJ in terms of vaccines either...

Don't move to NJ. Just a matter of time til they follow ny law. Already all the modox schools refuse religious exemption even though it's still legal.

Try New Haven CT. The weather is the only bad part. You will love the healthy food at the kosher restaurant in Edge of the Woods health food store. Medical care is top through the Yale system. Lots of history and culture. Top notch day school. Totally walkable.
The Pittsburgh community is also really good and really special and wonderful for walking.

We're overcrowded as it is in Lakewood and our weather is the same as NYC
I give up on persuading you to move here.
I'm happy to let some nice OOT community win.

New Jersey and Pennsylvania have harsh winters, sometimes worse then NY.
Would you consider LA or Miami?

Chicago has something for everyone. Its a great community but the weather is cold and the schools are pretty rigid on vaccines.

Miami is very humid. Otherwise it fits the bill.

Dallas! Great weather, growing community with two Eruvim (with several other surrounding growing communities, also with Eruvim), very good infrastructure, lots of kosher restaurants, markets that sell kosher meat and other kosher food (even chalav Yisrael), decent day schools, and lots and lots of Orthodox shuls of many varieties. And it's a very warm and accepting community. What are you waiting for?

Dallas is a cool community, and pretty nice weather all year round.
They also have one of the best kosher pizza I've ever had. I like LA too, but it can get expensive quick.

Israel for sure. The weather in Gush Etzion is wonderful. Top notch doctors and good food are available locally and in Jerusalem.

Itamar is a really, really nice place to live. It has everything you mentioned, plus it's gorgeous, and the people are really sweet too! The language on the street is Hebrew, though -- just so you're prepared.

Israel requires a lot of adjustment and planning. It might be a good idea for the OP but I would never suggest making aliya simply for the reasons OP stated.
