I know there are a lot of options for traveling to Israel but my teen DS has a few hours stopover in England and I'm too nervous for him to be there without a phone.

Any suggestions?

If he has a smartphone he can get wifi in the airport. Most airports have free wifi.

He doesn’t have any cell phone at all. I will rent him one for the week, just trying to figure out what I can rent for him that will work in both countries
