for a cheap but non stick version(the ones you tie on) I ordered square business cards from one of those really cheap places which I personalized to my liking- I even shared the 500 card minimum with 2 cousins whose son had the same name to get the price down more.

Thanks for all responses.
I liked one from label it. 2x2 square sticker. Its .50 a pc. (will need 200) Is there anything like this in cheaper?

If you want to design it yourself, you can print out on labels at a Fedex-office type place where they have the nice laser printers.
