Wow- that's pretty scary.
And good to know.
I've been taking iodine from kelp 150mcg for a few years. I guess at some point I read that it supports the thyroid, I hope I haven't been making myself worse!
Will definitely stop the iodine and discuss it with the doctor. Thanks again to all you for all the help. It really helps to have this "community" of such resourceful and helpful women who really care!!

I'm just throwing it out as something to look into. There's a big iodine debate out there and I haven't followed it carefully. As someone who's trended toward hyper, it's understandable that I don't overdo possible triggers.
