Has anyone done this? The opening is 13 feet 6 inches. When you walk in it’s part of the living room and would like to make a separation with an arch. How wide should it be?
I did that. You can't tell how wide without seeing the proportions of the other rooms. Mine is 3 ft wide, but that might overwhelm smaller rooms. Mine is also open on one side. I decided this after it was up, and we were determining how to finish the other side. I left it open. It is a wow.
