I actually don't think there will be a sweet table but I must send something I haven't receive and I don't want a cake, which doesn't always get cut up

For Friday night maybe ask them what they want. A chocolate/candy/nut platter is nice. Cut up fruit arrangement or deli platter are also nice options.
