I made myself a sweet kugel with some cooked spaghetti squash, orange juice, a little honey, some diced up apples, cinnamon and some eggs and then I baked it and really like it.

my mother in law makes a cheese sauce with it. sometimes I'll do that or the lazy cheese and marinara sauce Smile

I like a salt & pepper spaghetti squash kugel. And shakshuka in a spaghetti squash.

I just bought a spaghetti squash and these ideas sound yum! Recipes please for cheese sauce, kugels, and shakshuka!

I saw busy in brooklyn put it in a soup in her instagram and it actually looked really good. I dont like spaghetti squash and I think ill try it one of these days.

Delicious spaghetti squash salad:

Cut squash in half. De-seed. Place in pan, face down, with a cup of water. Bake for half hour on 350° Farenheit.

1/4 cup vinegar
1 carrot grated, thick
1 green pepper diced
1 small onion diced
2 sour pickles diced
2 tablespoons sugar
1/ 2 teaspoons salt
5 tablespoons mayo
1/4 cup pickle juice

I prefer when it's warm, but it's delicious cold too.
