Alright ladies. I need help putting together a full proper wardrobe.
I always end up with plenty of one type of thing for each season. For example, this season I have many black skirts and many simple sweaters in various different colors.
Tell me how many of the following should I get: sweaters, skirts, tops, everyday dresses, better weekday dresses, better shabbos, easy shabbos, very dressy for wedding/ vort etc.
What type of layers can I get for multipurpose use (dress up or down depending on the occasion)?
What basics should I always have in my closet?
Posting anon bc I'm just embarrassed that I don't know these basic things.
Thank you for your help!

This would be a pretty hard question to answer as each person is different. Do you work everyday? Do you get dressed every Shabbos?

Yes, work every day. Yes, I get dressed shabbos day usually.
There are some basic rules to put together a full wardrobe. Someone on insta even didn't a live once. But I didn't have time to tune in then, and I don't remember who it was, so can't watch the highlights now.

Really hard to say since each person is different. Personally I think 8-12 everyday outfits (skirts and simple tops can be reused in various ways.) Shabbos about 3 outfits and another few for weddings.
