Great wolf lodge is perfect for that age. My kids loved it and beg to go back every year.

As a kid we always did Camelback (before the indoor water park was there). We did the snow activities, etc.
Last year took my kid to Great Wolf Lodge and I loved that I didn't have to leave the building at all, was there two days and she was plenty entertained.
We also did Sahara Sam's which I wasnt impressed by at all.
Definitely hoping to go back this year if it works out.

Great wolf is the best for kids! There's what to do all day. We've been going for the past few years, the kids love it. There's much more activity than Camelback and everything is specifically geared for kids.

Amazing place on approximately 6,000 acres in the same area as Great Wolf. They have a few room options, including updated cabins. They have many activities- water activities in the summer and other activities depending on the weather such as tennis, hiking, golf, rope courses, archery, zipline, fishing, boating, bowling (lawn), zip lining, rock climbing, paintballing, etc. with winter activities in the winter like skiing, ice fishing, ice skating, tubing, etc .

OP's kids are way too young to enjoy skytop. It's very cold to be outside all day.

I guess it just depends on your personal preferences.

Great wolf is great. We do all the time, kids are 12,10 and 4. We can spend a few days there and never go outside and never get bored.

Same experience. 2-4 times each night between 5-8:30, never during the night.
We went 4 times -3 yeshiva break and one random. It only happens the 3 during Yeshiva break-when the place is full of people who think they can cook in their rooms with George Forman grills and Betty Crocker pizza makers....
It is only the fault of the place in regard to having sensitive smoke detectors. If people don't follow rules, that is what happens. (Everyone thinks that they will open the window and be fine, make sure it doesn't burn, that their appliance is better....)
We had a GREAT time.
