I just started watching. These are cliff notes for those who dont want to watch but want points.

So far they are ignoring yang and Tulsi.

Kamala looks terrible, what happened to her face.

So far they are sounding off on impeachment and it is boring.

Now Warren is talking about her wealth tax. Nobody wants a tax on unrealized income. She's trying to spin it.

Booker thinks we need to raise state tax and other tax. Why can't he cut. Most of my money is wasted by the government. He wants to raise min wage which is proven to kill jobs for low skilled workers.

Warren thinks we can afford too many things with her wealth tax. She also wants everything to be run and paid for by the government.

Warren thinks she can revise medicare for all like magic. Also drug prices have gone down. She thinks we will want medicare for all, that's because she will destroy the system that there will be no choice.

Sanders saying nonsense on this. He can't back up his claims with numbers.

Biden thinks that Medicare for all can't pass with democrats in house or senate, he's right it doesn't poll well. He thinks people choose if they want government choice or private choice. Not a solution will just exasperate current issues.

Mayor Pete thinks it is a good idea but americans are not ready for it. He thinks we should not campaign on it.

Childcare now.

Yang thinks we should have paid family leave. Yang thinks we need ubi to help education.

Harris wants 6 months paid family leave. She thinks they will win election because they are focused on the future. She thinks because people have children at older ages, they sre busy with sandwich generation. And the burden falls on women. She then quotes that women are not paid fairly to men. That had been disproved a million times. Women are not disadvantaged in America

Klobuchar wants 3 months paid family leave. Klobuchar says she has plans to pay for it. And won't go for things that sound good on a bumper sticker she will be fiscally responsible. She doesn't support free college.

Warren thinks we need the federal government to build more houses. We need more projects.

Booker thinks gentrification is the problem with housing. He thinks if you are a renter who pays more than 1/3rd of your income in rent, you should get a rebate.

Thanks for the play by play action.

Can a country that is $21 trillion in debt really do all that?
Does Medicare for all mean medical care for none?

There is a plan for everything ofcourse. And we will all be happy forever and ever. I dont even understand why people would even want everything to be free.

Small bean, thank you for the rundown - amazing that one of the ten people in the country who actually watched last night’s debate is on Imamother 😜
Why hasn’t Booker been all over the voucher issue? He really has something he can run on there

I love Booker. In many ways, he's my ideal candidate. He's not perfect, but he is very close to my policy preferences. (I didn't have a chance to listen to the debate yesterday; I say this based on what I already know about him.) I wish he had a chance in this election.

Perhaps he would be a good VP. He would bring a lot of vitality to the office. I'm thinking a Buttigeig/Booker combo.
